Jewelry resell: Yoogi's or Rebag?

Hi, I'm selling a Tiffany bracelet. I got higher quotes from Rebag for both direct sell and consignment options than Yoogi's. I have no prior experience with them. Which one is more trustworthy? And how to rank them with Fashionphire and Ann's Fabulous finds?

I haven't sold jewelry though any reseller. I personally haven't had any bad experiences with FP, Rebag or Ann's Fabulous Finds with selling purses and SLGs. However, in the rebag thread, there had been lots of complaints about empty boxes arriving and their terms state that the risk of loss is with you even though they provided you with the shipping label.

I've sold Tiffany Sterling Silver Bracelets with Ann's Fabulous Finds (AFF). AFF suggests prices and is open to the Seller's input on pricing. I've been dealing with AFF for many years, as both a Seller and Buyer, and have nothing but high praise for AFF. Excellent item descriptions, professional photography, great staff and careful handling of items.

In 2022, I sold several things (not jewelry, though) through fashionphile, one through yoogis, and two through rebag. All were buyouts, not consignment. I went with whoever gave me the best offer for each item. All of my experiences were positive.

Is it worth to consign instead of direct buyout? I don’t need the money immediately and consignment seems have better payout. Are there any risk with consignment? For example, the price in the end would be lower than direct payout, or item gets damaged? Thanks.

There is always a risk re consignment versus direct payout unless you are guaranteed some kind of reserve (I don’t exactly know the terms of art as I don’t do this ) good luck!

Just caught this message from a year ago. Stay away from Rebag! Check other comments and Better Business Bureau. I haven’t used Anne’s, but Fashionphile is wonderful!
