My E/W tote came today. Not to my surprise, it has gold hardware. I don't know what the deal is with all the photos of silver hardware, but it really isn't worth the hassle of returning and repurchasing from a third website. I'm really not that disappointed about it. This bag is in much better condition than the dented Macy's bag so that's a huge plus! I would have loved the silver, but I'm happy enough with the gold. The palm is just too pretty to be that picky about it!

I actually talked to Nordstrom customer service before ordering this bag and they said that all they had was gold (for the palm, at least). Belk also shows all the colors of this bag with silver hardware. I also talked to someone at Belk before placing my order and she said that it was indeed silver. Guess that wasn't really the case. I don't know why they don't understand that there are some people who care about hardware color! I was so excited to see all the silver, but I guess it only exists in photos! I wish MK would make all bags with both silver and gold.
