I have been impressed by the quality of this line too, although personally I think it was a bit better when she first launched it. I got a couple pairs of shoes from the first season, and they are noticably better quality than her recent stuff... but a good bargain nonetheless. Great for trendy stuff!
I have a pair of Jessica Simpson heels that I adore. Despite having 4 1/2 inch heels, they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned.

I got the first one's that came out and they were so uncomfortable I only wore them once.
HOT!!!! I was just looking at that coat online. I spotted it in her ad that's in every fashion mag. I just snagged the Roha ankle boot myself and yes her pieces are extremely high quality and very affordable. Great pieces check out that ankle boot on the website.
I love to buy her line at department stores. They tend to go sale, and it is easy to find a really good deal. I agree that the first season was the best - I have a purse from that season that still looks great and people always think is a really high end design.
Jessica's line really flourish in the recent years. There's more to her than her understated music
