Bumping a dormant thread because I saw a Palmer's cocoa butter commercial the other day and did not for the life of me recognize JLH in it. Her face was so different, like all its unique characteristics had been blended away. sorry these are crappy photos, all I could find. What has she done to her face?

They could be old . these are stills from the commercial that is running right now, and I didn't recognize it was her for the longest time. It's not just a fuller face, which I've seen her have before without looking unrecognizable. It looks like she's had (or had at the time of shooting) some work done, the kind that wipes away all distinctive features, a la Renee Zellweger and Jennifer Grey.
