Purchased this 2016 (22 series) reissue in the 226 size in red from a local 2nd hand luxury dealer! It's my first Chanel purchase!! It doesn't look like the aged calfskin I've seen on most reissues, the seller had it listed as canvas (?) does anyone know which leather this is?

First small classic flap in black lambskin w SHW.
I was keen on the super lightweight plain aviator sunglasses from Chanel. But after seeing this pair with the rhinestones, I was sold immediately. I got them from Bloomingdales, and got myself plenty of points too.

Was going in for the navy+turquoise one for my new black mini flap with handle, but couldn't decide when I saw the white one. I honestly think they make better statement pieces than just as handle protectors!
