Oh no, that is terrible that such an expensive bag had such a defect. Thank you for the heads up, I will definitely inspect mine carefully when it gets here. I sure hope your SA can find a replacement soon.

Loving this color! The bag is super cute and I would keep I think. Especially if you are a backpack user. What size is this? Price? I might have to look into it myself. What were your other considerations/options? I like having a few different bags rather than all classics. One of my most used bags is a Chanel purple bumbag! Gets the compliments everytime more than my classics.

If you use backpacks I would definitely keep it, it’s a beautiful color!
I personally would be nervous to use it as the lambskin will wear fast especially in it being a backpack.

This is a small and I paid SGD8540 (about USD 6360).

I actually was looking at the dusty pink mini flap with handle but felt it wasn’t really my color, and the chanel 22 also in camel, then I saw someone looking at this backpack and thought it was beautiful! also because I’ve been on the lookout for a camel bag i love for the longest time. so i asked the SA about it and she said brought out what she said was the only one left in the store and I couldn’t put it down 😅
I am usually a classic bag kinda girl and very safe with my choices, never owned a backpack, but my husband said I should try something fun for a change because he thought this was really cute too. I guess am second guessing if I can pull this off and how to style it, but I do love it!

Thank you for the reassurance I do love the color so much!
Yes I am so scared of scratching the lamb skin but I love that it’s so soft and luscious, and I’ll def have to baby the bag a lot more

I love it and hearing your story I say keep! It will be refreshing…Unless 22 is seriously in the running and if you felt you would use it more for ease. Did you see the 22 in store too? Was the color the exact same as the backpack? I do love the 22 I won’t lie.
