I have both - a black 33mm J12 with diamond markers and a Roadster. I got the Roadster first. Love how I can switch to a different band anytime I want.

But after I got the J12, I have been wearing it 99% of the time because I never have to worry about it being scratched. I am also a jeans/top person, btw.

^^I also have both. Purchased the Roadster first (after I bought my Tank F.). I got the Roadster because I thought it had a funky edge as compared to the Tank. Then bought the 33mm J12 Black with Dia Markers - I wear an insane amount of black! They are both wonderful watches. I find the J12 the most casual. Good Luck - definitely a tough decision.

I was thinking of getting the j12 white with diamond markers or the black one with rubi markers.The Roadster i like but since I have the rolex I would like a Roadster with a leather strap.Help me!!!

another vote for J12! I have J12 in black 33mm, white 38mm both w/diamond marker as well as Roadster in white and pink face. I wore J12 90% of the year, sold the white face Roadster and did not miss it a bit. I'm in jeans n Ts for work too, and it's work out great!

i had my mind set on white when i first purchase, but I actually went w/black as my first J12. There are so many white J12ish watch out there, the black is really elegant and more guys compliment on the black than white :yes: Either way you can't go wrong, it's a J12 after all :graucho:
