In all fairness, I just received my order within a week to Singapore. I bought 2 bags (a symphony tote and nubuck messenger). Contrary to all the reviews that I have seen (which actually made me panicky because I didn't read up on the reviews before I made the purchase), I personally find that the bags were delivered to me in good condition and they both looked exactly like how it looked in the photos. I'm happy with my purchase. It is really not too bad.
