I actually went to Cartier to compare the colors of gold. The Tiffany pink gold is slightly pinker than the Cartiers. You can definately mix and match the colors without a problem.

I had this exact ring in the white gold version and loved it. I later upgraded it to my melee 3-roses band, but I've always loved the simplicity of the Atlas design and the diamonds which give it that extra spark.
