Issues with Favorite Flap?

Does anyone consider this normal? My SA said the crease would go away with use but it’s like there is a big piece of cardboard in the flap and where you can see the line on the inside is where the board stops from the magnet. This bag is 3 weeks old and I have only used it once!

I have that on mine. Exterior and interior just like yours. I've had it year and half, well used. It doesn't bother me and happens from opening and closing the flap. It's the natural point on mine where the canvas bends. In all honesty it doesn't bother me because the canvas is so soft and malleable. I've noticed that if I stuff it whilst in storage it actually un dents itself not entirely but to the point it's hardly noticeable.

Thank you! I’m going to the zoo tomorrow for a wine night and am going to carry it and see how I feel after that. I put my Speedy strap on it to make it a tad longer too. The strap it comes with is a bit short for me and I’m 5’4” but I’m also curvy.
