Issues with Beaded Lady Dior

I also had an issue with Dior in Europe when I bought several items and the next day thought about returning one small item. There were 2 different Diors in the city I was in and I went to a different boutique than where I had purchased - literally the day before!!! They would not return and told me I would have to be stuck with a store credit that I could ONLY Use in that country - even though I explained I was flying to another country the next day and would not have an opportunity to use. I didn't understand why they couldn't just accept return and refund my credit card like they do in the U.S. and like Louis Vuitton in same city had no problem doing when I also purchased multiple items and decided to return 1 small thing on this same trip.

Bvlgari told me same thing about not being able to exchange something in different EU country even if brand new less than 24 hours old, unused, in original packaging, etc.
That's really frustrating to hear

God forbid the engagement ring doesn't fit right after proposing. I guess people need to propose the day they buy a Bulgari ring, in case of returns!

I do get the policy. Some people buy the jewelry to wear to an evening event and then return so they got to show off stuff they ended up returning. And it's not as easy to see wear on some jewelry as scratches can be easily polished off.

This was actually a Bvlgari handbag, not jewelry. I bought one in a new style I had never seen before then discovered that night when looking online, that the design also came in a color I would have preferred. They didn't have that color available yet in Amsterdam but they did in Paris, where I was flying the following day but I was out of luck by then. The color has since grown on me but it's not 100% what I wanted and I still think about that other colorway.
 
Hello, did you ever Get your bag back? I have the same issue with mine, mine is bought two weeks ago and came from store with missing Crystals etc. and The handles Are already really bad after one time use for 2 hours…
Oh my I’m so sorry that happened to you as well! I brought it to the dior store and they fixed it. I wasn’t able to get a refund but maybe you are more lucky since you only bought it 2 weeks ago. My issues happened after almost 6 months and 2 wears. I had to fight to just get it fixed, I threw a hissy fit. 🤣 When I got it back I sold it immediately since I knew that would happen again eventually. So sad… since it’s a beautiful bag but we buy are bags to wear and the quality is just not there…I hope they will treat you better. Keep us updated. ❤️

Actually did i Get an replacement because my orginal bag Was missing Crystals so they sent it to Paris, but the atelier in Paris lost my bag or they said that they don’t have it, waited 4 months. So the manager said it is most likely lost during shipment. So she managed to fix a new bag for me from another country, but that one turned out to be much Worse then the one i bought the first time. So sad to hear that they treated you like that, should not happen with such expensive bags like this😭 it’s so sad because it is the prettiest bag i have and i really want it. Did you have wait for a long time before you got it back? I am waiting on the Atelier to open and then the manager will send pictures to them and tell the case, to see what they say. But after seeing your case, am i really afraid off getting the same answer as you got. Really wild that they tried to Get you to pay, when the bag Was only 6 months, when they have 2 years warranty. This have to be a manufacturing defect. Hope you got a good Price for the bag at least💗
