Is turnlock in my Chanel crooked?

It's hard to say from the photos if it's really crooked, it seems like it might be just an angle of the photo. If you're certain it is crooked and it bothers you, I would return. I'm not super picky and I don't specifically look for imperfections when I buy bags, but if I see something I cannot unsee it. I think anything Chanel should give you full satisfaction and if you're already second guessing, probably it's better to get another bag.
Did the turn lock click? Can’t you adjust it so it’s straight?
This is one of those things that you would notice and not necessarily anyone else. This is also one of those things that once you see it, you cannot unsee lol. Yes, it would bother me.
I honestly can’t say if I would return... maybe ask SA if they have a fix for the crooked turn lock and send it in?

Yes, I will write my SA. For sure I’m the one who will see it, its not that noticeable. However as you said, I cant unsee it. Turnlock clicks and it is in the right position. It just seems like it is a little angled. I am concerned that if I ever want to sell it, I might have some problems. Also, I am a little dissapointed that its not perfect
Hey lovely, congratulations on your first Chanel bag purchase. I remember when I got my first chanel bag, I almost had a panic attack realising how much money I had thrown on a bag as I left the store!
It could be that you are looking into your bag a bit too much. Yes, if I put my Chanel bags under a magnifying glass, I'm sure I'll find imperfections. If the flaps were crooked or if the quilts were off, or if sides were peeling, I'd 1000% return. But this honestly isn't the first time I'm looking at a turnlock that isn't lining at 180* angle when closed. I need to have a look at my chanel bags again and see if this is the case with any of my bags. Regardless, it would've bothered me if it was my first Chanel bag. But it wouldn't turn me off now.
Tip, Always look at corners and symmetry of the flaps. IMO I highly doubt you'll struggle to sell this. It's a classic and one of the most desired Chanel bag.

Looks a little crooked from the pic but I don't think it's a big deal. I wouldn't go through the hassle of exchanging

Edited: I just realized you mean the actual part that turns and not the CC. It is a little crooked but I can’t even imagine caring about that, personally.

I'd never in a meeeeeelllion years notice, I have many and I've never looked! Wouldn't give it another thought if this was me, and I don't sell my bags or buy preowned.

Corners and flap are great and the bag is perfect, just this turnlock.
