Is this Taupe small Loulou?…Keep or return?

Just got a small loulou I believe in taupe but not sure. It said ‘beige‘ on website and the colour seemed a lot lighter. When I received it, it is a lot darker in person. Is this taupe. Not sure if I should keep her. What do you think? Please help me out. Keep or return? If you have this colour, how is the wear and tear and is it versatile. Thank you.

I think it is taupe, I got mine small LouLou in Beige today from YSL store, and color is different. My advice is the best you check on Authenticity card, the code for Dark Beige color is ending with 2721, and I think taupe is ending 2346.
A lot of online retailers are mixing those colors, but I think taupe is also beautiful neutral. It depends from your wardrobe and what colors you are wearing. I already have one céline taupe bag that is very similar (a bit colder tone) to this ysl taupe, therefore I went for beautiful dark beige :heart:
I was missing that color in my bag collection and I wear a lot of light-colored clothes (even in winter).

You are right. I checked the authenticity card and the code is 2346. I have quite a few black bags, few Louis Vuitton canvas bags- in light colour bags I have an off white medium Chanel flap, silver metallic Lou belt bag (which I also use as a crossbody bag) White multicolour LV Judith bag, Pochette Accessories in Damien Azure print. So I don’t have beige or grey. I guess this particular taupe is grey-brown, so may be it can work.

I think it’s a beautiful color, and sounds like it‘s a shade you don’t have in your current rotation. I’d keep it for sure!

That’s great! I was wondering which bag you ended up going with. I purchased the same one from FWRD too, the 3 of us will be twinning in our taupe small loulous!! I originally got one from Ssense but glad I have all the original packaging in tact so I can return it.
I got 20% off the current price for mine though (approx $3100 Cdn). I wonder if they increased the price mid day??

Fingers crossed that ours both arrive in perfect condition. I just checked and the bag is now sold out. It’s still showing $2290 US price for me, $300 off retail…
