It was a waterproofing spray (Kiwi brand-maybe not the best choice) ...but it still did that......I will just stick to using a cleaner/conditioner next time.........

I use Kiwi! I've never experienced it leaving spots such as the ones you described I'll have to double check what brand I currently have

I use kiwi too. Never had that problem with it on any bags (including my MG) or shoes.

I'm glad those both worked well for you....I have another conditioner (Chamberlains Leather Milk) that I heard was good coming in a few days that I will treat my camello/dolly with....can't have any mistakes with that light of a color...

I keep reading about leather milk, do post an update if it works well on cammello. I will not recommend apple conditioner on cammello at all due to the potential streaking. I love cammello/dolly, it is one of the most beautiful cammello colour combination in my view.

Yes I am waiting for my chamberlains milk. Hopefully by tomorrow .
I think on such a light color I need something good. I already notice scratches just from taking it out of the dust bag to try it on!

It's really a shame that they don't have more stuff on their webpage. Vegetable tanned leather, that is full-grain is gorgeous. It's the kind of leather LV used to do in the 70's before they went full canvas almost.

sorryyy, it's me again! Had a chance to "examine" my bag properly before I bring it out for the first time this weekend and noticed that the white thread on the handle is quite exposed (see pic). I can't really see the white thread on the other sides unless I tug at them but this one is kinda exposed. Wondering if I should be concerned? Eg will it increase the risk of the straps getting detached? Thanks in advance again!
