I love the blue, but personally, if it were for me and it was an all year round/all purse wallet I wouldn't get it.
I switch purses a lot, but never wallets because I'm too lazy. So I eded up getting the legacy stripe french frame so that it wouldn't look ackward coming out of a white/brown/black/blue etc bag.

I think the brown and black are the most practical. Brown seems definitely an "everyday" use where the black one looks more like an upscale, more important event.
