I''ve decided to drive up to Marshalls and see if the bag is there, if not then I'll just move on...maybe it wasn't meant to be. And if I do find it....

Thanks alot for the ebay link,ctm19. But i'm kinda afraid of buying low end bags off ebay because you never know if your going to get the real thing or not. Plus since the bag costs $150, it's better if I just pay that instead of the $300 that it's going for on ebay.I'm really tempted to drive up for an hour and half but how about if the bag isn't there....what to do ? what to do ?

I guess i'll just drive up and see what they have. If they don't have it then I'll try and find something good while i'm there. Hey maybe i'll find a good deal on something better....i'm trying to stay optimistic here! ush:

I am not sure this seller is legit anyway...the tag says "Colleen" is the style, but according to Cynthia Rowley's site, this is the "Colleen" bag:

Good luck, hellosunshine! I totally understand your hestitation with ebay. You can just never know if you go that route. Even if a picture looks legit, it could just be the seller stealing a pic from someone else.. :s

To answer Bjara's concern, I did notice from my zappos research that several bags are called "Coleen" with different specifications (ie; Coleen small hobo, Coleen large hobo, and Coleen top handle. I think from the original photos that HS is looking for the Coleen top handle, which is the one I saw IRL).

So anyway hellosunshine, I think it's great that you are going to check the Marshall's - it will be a fun roadtrip for you! Let all the rest of us at PF know if you find your bag! We love to hear of people finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow handbag-wise!
