i bought it pre loved does that make a difference?Bring the bag at the store you bought it.
Bring it, you don't have anything to loose. And the fact that you are not the first buyer of the bag doesn't change anything. Tell us what will happen and good luck.
Please update us with your findings!
So my bag was sent for assessment it has been deemed faulty glazing and unable to be fixed ... I have been offered a credit for itPlease update us with your findings!

Subscribing. I have a 2013 DE that I bought pre-loved with receipt. There are no glazing issues, but I am mentally prepared for it to happen someday. I hope the receipt (with the original owner's name cut out) will protect me if something should come up.
1. It can be repaired. There is no such thing as warranty in LV. Every item is reviewed on a case by case basis. They can either reglaze or replace the handles. And they can replace the trim. this looks like normal wear and not a glazing issue.Hi all,
I'm new here, but I hope you can help me with a glazing issue on my Neverfull bag.
This bag was bought one year ago in Switzerland. For this moment handles and edges of bag look ugly for me and I actually don't know what exactly shoul I do.
My questions are just below
1. Can it be repaired at all? If so, is it a warranty case or no?
2. I'm from Belarus and we have no LV stores in our country. I also have no plans to visit Switzerland one more time, but I'll be in Chicago and NYC during New Year's holidays. Should I take my bag to USA and leave it for their assesment procedure or is it better to go with this problem in europenean store? As I know they have different databases of buyers, but I still have a receipt.
3. We have almost two months till holidays and I probably can damage my bag even more during this time, so what can I do now to save my bag?
4. What else could you advise me?

Just curious, did they ask for a receipt? I've been reading conflicting information (sometimes they ask for receipt, sometimes they dont). I would like t buy a pochette metis preloved, but not if I'm going to have glazing issues that cannot be repaired because I dont have the receiptSo my bag was sent for assessment it has been deemed faulty glazing and unable to be fixed ... I have been offered a credit for it
