Is This A Bad Flaw?

I think I learned a valuable lesson, ALWAYS check the bag before you leave the store. I just never expected that LV would let one like that get by the quality control. My SA Josh is going to find a perfect one & hold it for me until I can get back in.

Yes, always check each item with a fine tooth comb before leaving the store. I find that no matter what I buy, regardless of price, there seems to be a problem or flaw with the purchases (more often than not). It's not so bad when the store has a refund policy but some only let you make exchanges. What if there is nothing to want to exchange for?! So to save ourselves time, money, frustration and energy, check before you buy and buyers beware...

Definitely take it back. I had a tag that was sewn crooked on my bag and I took it right back, no problem.

EXCHANGE! Don't take any "we have to send it in for quality control" crap! They may try to be elusive, raise a stink with the mananger if you have to. DON'T LEAVE WITHOUT A NEW BAG OR CREDIT LASTING FOR 6 MONTHS. GOOD LVCK!
