Is there an age when wearing the bum bag...

It is really comfortable and holds a lot! I think it will quickly become a favorite. I did also try on the empriente version, which is gorgeous, but it is smaller. I hate having to downsize too much, so I went with the monogram. Here is what fits, but I have to say a smaller wallet works a little better.

Beautiful! I really wanted the Empreinte version in Creme but the smaller size didn’t make it practical.

Beautiful bag, I think they are for everyone, of course. You just needs to find the style and size that fits you. I love the one you bought, it looks so carefree and practical, but I personally found that I look better with something small and structured that sits right at the waist, rather than a more casual style that's hanging low at the hips. :)

Oh, how I wish I were brave enough to wear this bag... I would mostly use it when I’m going into town on the bike, because I don’t always want to carry a backpack and a crossbody doesn’t work well when biking.... I’m 41....
I really like it worn crossbody... thank you all for the eye candy!

Looks "wrong". I love the bum bag but I feel that it is a style that works best on a younger woman. Any thoughts? I know I should just wear what I love, but I wanted to see what everyone's thoughts are about it. Thanks in advance for the input!!!
I guess depending on how you see young women wearing it, I'm not sure what you mean. Because growing up, bum/belt bags were called fanny packs and only old ladies walking around the mall for exercise wore them. In fact, it's because of that stigma that I never thought of buying one. Fast forward to today and I ordered a Coach one on sale because I am finding in this quarantine world that I'm more casual when running to the grocery store or am taking long walks and I don't always have pockets for my phone, keys, ID, etc. I wish I could have purchased the LV one, like you did (gorgeous, btw), but I just can't spend the money now. I see how streetwear models wear the bum bag over the chest or slung over the shoulder Those look cool, too. But for me it's going to be more convenient wrapped around my waist. And no, I will not feel like an old lady in the mall! Haha!

LaDolceLaria you had me at the beginning of your post but then you lost me. I'm sorry but growing up in the 70s and 80s (48 this year) It has been too socially ingrained and reprogramming for me is not going to happen easily or at all. Sigh... I am going to get some backlash but heregoes.. NOBODY should wear a fanny pack EVER lol! Unless you wear it like debsmith (you look amazing!) Or on your shoulder like you were saying but NEVER NEVER ON THE STOMACHE. ;) Just saying... I will mentally roll my eyes and turn into the teenager embarrassed by her mom at the mall. It's a stigma i dont see me getting past. Its goofy. Lilone- your gut was right, it's wrong.
No offense to anyone!! Dont listen to me I still yearn for big hair and muscle cars with bad gas mileage. Haha just cant see this fad lasting any longer than the last one did.

Haha..I had big hair back in the day and my first car in 1986 was a 1978 Formula Firebird. I do love my Coach bumbag and wear it without a hint of embarrassment when I'm out walking.20201204_193007.jpg
