I go to Northpark and I have the ABSOLUTE best SA named Sarah! She treats me like a princess every time I go there. She invites me to all the new launches and LV fashion shows. She has been able to locate hard-to-find pieces for me. I could not ask for more! :) She's the best!

I'm not in Dallas, but I used to be, and I still end up making a lot of my LV purchases there at the Neimans in Willow Bend. I bought my Kusama zippy from Patty in September and she was BY FAR the best SA I've ever bought from! She helped me figure out how to get a Neiman's gift card with my purchase (which helped fund my newest purchase, a Metis) and made the experience fun for me and my family. She even sent me a personalized thank you note afterwards!

Agree that Patty is great! I've been going to her this last year for my LV purchases and she's such a sweetie.

Patty no longer works at WillowBend but I had an amazing experience buying my Speedy 40 from Eli! He was so patient and answered all my questions. He even later helped my friend pick out an Artsy! I highly recommend him to anyone in Dallas!

I'm just a few miles East of Dallas and normally head to Northpark. I'm usually in the CL forum (and was MIA from it all for a few months), but am getting the urge to add a new LV to my bag collection.

I was dealing with Eli and another young man at Willowbend this past Saturday. They're both awesome. But the blond lady who's the manager is simply rude with lots of attitude.

I'll keep checking here to see if anyone organizes a meetup. :smile1:

Dallas, help!!! I am losing my FANTASTIC sales associate at Northpark. She was perfect for me. Anyone have any other favorites in Dallas? I'm actually closer to Galleria. Thanks!
