Is the Sylvie and Dionysus a permanent style of Gucci? Or will it be gone in future years?

Let's face it. Gucci stores are full of sylvies and dionysus bags! I'm sure they do well.

Hey guys I don't love close to Gucci store or big department store that actually carries Gucci so I buy them all based on pictures. I'm interested in bamboo top handle Dionysus bag but have been told it is incredibly heavy. Anyone here owns one and can tell me if that's in fact correct? I love that I can wear it crossbody since the strap is 20 as oppose to nymphaea bag that I also love. I have a dilemma as I got one and really love it except super smooth leather and the web strap sort of sliding off my shoulder. Appreciate your input!

Thanks I agree. I've been hearing reports that the bag is quite heavy. I definitely have to go into store to try it out. My other recent Gucci purchase is a small GG Marmont matelasse which is super light and super roomy for such a little bag.

The Dionysus with the bamboo top handle is exquisite. I saw and tried it on in the Gucci store in Calgary (Canada) and loved it. Only thing is that strap... I kind of hate that thick multi-coloured strap. I wish they had the option to have a thinner more neutral strap.
