Is the Pandora a classic style or out of date? Also can it be a workhorse bag?

My pandora was my first luxury bag I bought myself and is one of my fave work bags. I have the medium and it fits my water bottle, umbrella, notebook and sunglass case with room to spare. I know that it is no longer an it bag but would gladly purchase it again. Prices are really good on the second hand market these days.

Very late to the party, and I always thought it was a strange style. I don’t care about trends, and feel that something can be classic when the style itself is understated. I’ve become a 2nd hand only kind of customer and got this like new small Pandora on eBay. I love it and the size is great!

Great choice! I love your charm as well. Welcome to the panda club.

Bumping on this thread.. I'm planning to buy pre loved panda in goat leather. Do you guys think it still worth it?
I didn't like this bag for a long time, but ended up getting a 2nd hand one that was practically new in goat leather and it is amazing. Since they still have [new iterations of] Pandoras in production, they are still relevant. The minimal branding helps make it more classic than trendy IMO.

If you love and can wear edgy, asymmetrical, sleek, and minimal looks, the pandora is a classic.

I find that the edgy aesthetic tends to overwhelm me (it’s all in how one perceives it), so I found it difficult to style even when the bag was current. Same with the downtown chic of balenciaga.

The mini puzzle, off white pebbled leather, has really worked well and held up as a mini travel bag. It still looks new, fresh, chic on me. But, in larger sizes (that I borrowed once from my mom) it makes me look preppy.

The medium puzzle may be similar in size and function to a pandora, but IMO the vibe is entirely different. JMO though, and I think both bags look great on other people.
