Is the Agenda still relevant?

Hello,

I am interested in a LV Agenda (the classic Agenda fonctionnel Monogram Canvas). I am not a frequent LV shopper and don’t know their collection. Currently the size and cover I like is available. What I don’t enjoy is the brown colored leather inside. I would prefer a red, a pink, a rosé, a blue… is there any chance that they have different options in the Boutique? Maybe at the end of the Year?

Or does the Agenda only comes with the brown Interieur?

I also saw this (sorry, I can’t translate it). That seems nice too. I like the Clasp and the inlay is red. Is anyone using this one as an Agenda?

The classic monogram agendas usually only come with the brown interior. The Paul ( your second pic) comes out with a Vivienne print around Xmas time and always has a different interior - pink, red etc. Honestly the Paul is not my fave to use, the clasp gets in the way when writing and the B6 size can be a pain to get inserts for. Have a look at the Emily notebook covers online now, they have pretty interiors and take a5 slim inserts.

Thank you! That’s really helpful. I think I will visit the Boutique soon to get an personal Impression.

I also found the very helpful „Agenda Club“ Thread 🙂

I just bought the LV Desk Agenda Cover in Graphite. I wanted to try the Graphite. I love it so far. I will get a lot of use out of it since I always go back to paper. I will use it as a notebook, and it fits any A-5 notebook, so you have many options. I had my initials done in hot pink to help make it more feminine. This size would fit great in a tote. I used a Coach agenda cover for a notebook, and I believe LV looks more elegant. My pen is attached to the rings inside the cover. It has a place for business cards and credit cards.

I recently purchased a medium Monogram agenda and I absolutely love it. I've always been a fan of planners but this one just makes me so happy to use it and take it out and about. I had fun customizing it, too, with inserts from a few different places.

That looks very nice! I like the graphite pattern too, and the hot pink hot stamp is a nice touch!

I think it depends on whether you are a pen & paper person or a phone calendar sort of person. I own a PM and GM agenda. The PM I used throughout university and then I went through a period of using just my phone before last year when I bought the GM and have been using it alongside my phone for work/daily life.

I like physically writing things down so it's essential to me. I love the GM size, it's perfect, you can write easily and not worry about the rings getting in the way. The PM is very compact but was too small for my current needs.

I'm just not sure if I'm an agenda gal or not. I'm always attracted to them, but I do use my phone a lot. I'm thinking about adding a pre-loved small Hermes agenda to see how it fits in my life. I'm looking at two styes, with and without a pen. I'm curious if y'all agenda folks have strong thoughts on the two styles.

Thanks!

the agendas without the covers seem very elegant in themselves. At least looking at them on the H website they seem to be. Still functional without a cover?
oops, sorry I thought I was in the Hermes forum. Can't figure out how to delete this
