Influencers and Hermes

It's not Hermes per se, but Hermes' PR company SimplyPR, they send beauty PR to some luxury influencers.

No one's giving away free bags

Oh gosh what a relief. Because I wouldn't see the point anymore of spending an exorbitant amount and going through all this build-a-relationship thing if these bags are being given away as PR samples.

Different brand, but I think Dior's been doing this. Hate to see that the LD's are being given away for free and this makes me lose interest in the brand. And I'm a content creator in my home country too, but as a luxury enthusiast, I don't like it because the luxury factor is lost when you give away something as a sample.

I do also know quite a few wives who patiently wait for husbands at Hermes (this happens to me!); also many many husbands waiting for husbands, wives waiting for wives, and partners waiting for partners

Just to clarify, Peter Nitz never worked at Hermès. He did however learned from a former H artisan and also employs one now.

Any guesses on who the accuser influencer is?!

Basically, she is saying that people are accusing her of copying because she likes the same brand, but it's not because of that. T doesn't really have a personality and lately it feels like she is trying to recreate what other people do. (the way they speak, the way they edit the videos, the mannerism, etc.) I had noticed that, but when I saw other people saying that under her comment, it just validated what I thought.

Wow! I actually haven't really paid attention! I guess to me everything looks the same! I jumped into the Hermès world thinking everyone was going to share information and we all can support each other..supposed to be fun?! Am I the only naive one to think this way?! I personally am happy for others because noone in my social circle understands the H game!

I think another factor (that we have already talked about in this group) is that T pretend to be an Hermès expert while she is really not. She DMs other influencer like S and then or ask question on this forum and then repost the info as if she is a pro. There is place for everyone on social media and I think content creators should find their own personal touch.

I don’t think the intention of this thread was ever to gossip about H influencers, let alone tPF members that may also be H influencers.

This thread could really use a sticky post from the mods.
