Thought the same…at least this time she does not insist that she gets treated like everyone else…after getting 4 Birkins, 1 Mini Kelly, 1 Kelly Elan, 1 Kelly Pochette, 1 Constance (not counting the bags she got second hand)…in just 9 months.It’s a part of the “I don’t even want a bag but my SA insisted that I should have a leather appointment” narrative
Also…normally she gets ashamed when her BF is mentioning the Mini Kelly thing to a SA..and now she does it by herself?!?
Soon the excitement of getting a new bag will be over for her but every new bag and bag unboxing brings her views and money…so we all (including me) are part of the problem.
You know ... I get it. I, too, hate it when I go in to pick up boots, and they insist on selling me a blue box Birkin. UGH.
It's almost as annoying as when my feet swell in the summer and my diamond shoes feel too tight. Yuck!
That's weird, she usually spends hours talking about how excited she is and that she has been looking for this bag for so long even for normal leather bags.
I wonder why she sounds bored in this video.

The bag looks lovely on her, don't get me wrong. But this influencer, in particular, has a decent-sized H collection, including 4-5 MKIIs and a Kelly Pochette (or multiple?). Surely her SA could have gotten her a black P18 if she wanted one

After watching this video, I am certain that all influencers have some kind of a sorority where they need to pledge thier allegiance to an H statue hidden in the basement.
Then they are all given an H scripture teaching them exactly what to say and how to react when Hermès gift them a chance to buy a bag 😂

Sorry to say, I feel these influencers sort of ‘cheapen’ the brand… its been too much/too many of everything H 😬 at one point where they somewhat doesnt look ‘special’ or looking fabulous anymore… they pretty much look the same…

And at a certain point I start to feel bad that I am taking the efforts, waiting for a long time for a bag not knowing if I will ever get it,…
It felt similar (and I felt like a victim) when Dior started to gift bags in masses to influencers and I actually purchased a bag there.
Now they have to pay for the bags but have unlimited easy access to everything they want…and genuine customers feel bad again and as a victim (at least me).
What happened to the fake Birkin Slayer? Seems it's been crickets since July.
They posted awhile back that they were taking the Summer off, returning in the Fall. I have no idea why… but I recall a post about it on their story
