seeing it everywhere and some influencers looking like complete tools make me less inclined to use mine.
I think this is what Coco Chanel meant when she said, "Luxury is the opposite of vulgarity".

Side note, I always thought she mean vulgar as in crass etc, which it made sense in some occasions but it didnt quite click for me completely. But it can also mean common place, and when that meaning is used, then it makes total sense to me.

.....yes....I'm a bag snob......

But back to the topic of influencers, look up Candace Miller. Its so sad how much of this lifestyle is fake. It really brings the ick factor to many of these luxury goods.

I loved Youtube "B.C." Influencers. I remember when people shared because they loved the brand and collected as a hobby.
Anyone remember Paty SLR who filmed annonomously on her "French" channel. I still watch her videos and hope she will come back and upload like she does from time-to-time. No "roadmaps" no "links", just the purest love for the brand:

So true, some of my fav YouTubers were nobodies that just had a passion. Then people realized they could make money from YouTube and it’s ruined everything. You can only fake authenticity for so long.
