You will find them at any indian jewelry stores. And they are called saharas like shikki said.
I don't know how much you are willing to spend on them but here are a few options:

The exact name is "saharas" which means "support"

Here is a pic
This is the earring with the sahara, this one is made of little beads and it can be secured to the hair with a Bobby pin, there are others that come with hooks that can be secured to the hair.
