In Style Magazine proclaims the new "It" carryall

In the new issue of In Style Magazine (July), they show the "Le Prive" bag by Gaultier as "The New It carryall" worn by Uma Thurman and Madonna ($1,295) What do you ladies think of this bag? I don't think I like the "belt" around the bottom; it's different though:

But good strategy on someone's part to put that designation out there. Some people will buy the bag simply because it was declared an 'it' bag.
