Long story short, I purchased the mini nolita online in fear of it selling out before I got a chance to stop by Macys. Saw it in person and because I can't cancel, I have to wait for it to get here to send it back for a refund...

I stopped by the Coach outlet store and found this beauty...

(If the pictures sideways, I apologize. It's not like that in my photo album.)

Is this the Rhyder or the bennett?
There's a turn lock on the sides like the Rhyder but the receipt says bennett!

I don't know the size, nor what the side turn locks are for... lol can anyone help? And does anyone know the official color of it? It looks kinda metallic cherry red but I'd like to know the official name. Thanks to anyone in advance!

It looks like the new version of the Bennett that the outlet just released for the holiday season. The Rhyder has a turnlock on the front.

ETA: it looks like the color is "metallic cherry" but it should say the color name on the coach tag.

Yep, i agree! they are nice bags. My oldest daughter has a mini version done in Neon from earlier in the year.

Since you are new, I don't know if you know that a lot of the bags at the outlet can be MFF bags (made for factory). Thy are made specifically for the outlet to be marked down right away.

It's not a bad thing but it's a little decieving for people who don't know.

Omg yay, Thank you!

She didn't give us the coach tag /:
I haven't purchased from the outlets in awhile so I didn't know that they didn't give us dust bags either. She didn't wrap the bag up with tissue paper either, I was bummed but then again they gave us free gift wrapping (box and tissue paper) so that's ok.

I read a little about that somewhere here on the Coach forum, that some may even be new designs that Coach tests out, like if they sell quick in the outlets they remake them again for boutiques? Correct me if I'm wrong though cause I'm not 100% sure.

Is there a way I can look up the bags that have been released through the outlet? Ah! Sorry so many questions. I'm a little over excited here as you can tell lol.

Hmmm, I've never read about the outlet sometimes using it as a test for new bags (doesn't mean it isn't true).
I know that MFF bags can resemble FP (full price, store bags) with similar designs.

Sometimes a FP silhouette turns into a MFF bag eventually- like the Borough bag did... And I *think* the Phoebe also.

Oh, I went on and didn't answer your other question. I'm not sure if you can look up just MFF bags... Maybe someone else can chime in with that.

I love the bourough!!! It's super cute, I also like the stanton style as well.

Never heard of the Phoebe I'll have to look that up :)

No, the FP bags turn into MFF

Coach test bags are pilot bag, they have a letter P at the end of the creed, and they are in FP stores

As far as I know the bennett was always a factory bag, it is a nice bag though and if your happy with it no worries.

Also often full price bags after they have run their coarse have turned into factory versions only, borough and Phoebe as mentioned are two examples, there is also a swagger like bag and a Ryder type bag called Mickie.

I don't know of a database of sorts for the MFF bags but most here know what they are and when they came out, if you check the creed # and the letter F is what it begins with for the second set of numbers it is a made for factory bag.

Wait can you clarify the difference between factory fp, mff bags? I'm kinda confused /:

FP=full-price. made for the boutique & sold for the MSRP listed on the tag.

MFF= made for factory. Bags that were made to be sold in the coach factory outlet stores. These bags were never sold in boutiques. The outlet puts a "MSRP" on the tag, but they were never intended to be sold at that price.

FP deletes- FP boutique bags sold at the outlet for a discounted price.
