Lily, posh - haha yes it was torture because I had been so anxious to see the final product! I really didn't think he was going to do it tonight!
Mello - omg!!! I can't believe he proposed and it feel surreal to have it on my finger! I'll respond more on message.
Sk - We picked the diamond a few days before the tacori price increase and we increased the size and color. Took the platinum and traded it for white gold setting (which as I've learned more I think I prefer for the plain shank as you recommended) so that we could put the money towards the diamond! I'm actually really happy we did! And my jeweler is authorizes to work on tacori so if I get my bands through him he will plate for free when needed! Also opens up options for wedding bands since white gold is cheaper. I love my ring and diamond! Thank you for all your help in the process.

Especially seeing the basket on the side while driving. I stared at it every red light I had on the way to work. I was hoping they'd stop being green for once! Haha
