No one does implants much anymore. It's fat transfers (Brazilian butt lifts) usually taking fat and injecting it back into their butt. She has no fat anywhere else on her body and her behind isn't muscle, it's all fat....when you exercise that extensively, that doesn't happen...you may keep a fat pocket but not that excessive.

I don't think it's fixable, the fat spreads when injected over the muscle. She has to get more injections.

I'm with you on this. I'm not fake butt expert, but nothing about those pics is glaringly obvious to me. Idk, looks like a normal woman's butt.
