Price range? Preferred metal or metal color? Diamonds or semi-precious stones? Petite or statement-making? There are an infinite variety of pendants out there, and what each person considers "everyday" is a little different.
I commonly wear a yellow gold circle with one small diamond in it. It goes well by itself and coordinates well with other chains when I want to layer.
i'm really a fan of the tiffany pendants (especially the elsa peretti ones) and they come in a wide range of styles/metals/prices. i honestly think there is something for everyone in that store! you also can't go wrong with a diamond solitaire which goes with everything. it all depends on how much you want to spend!
Wow, these questions are so hard for me to answer! Lol, I'm fairly casual (but put together) day to day. Boots (now that it's winter and freakin' -18 C here today!) or heels to work every day. It's hard for me to say whose style I admire - there are a lot of people whose styles I admire but that I don't necessarily feel I could pull off. I'm in the process of losing weight, so I'm still trying to find my style. I think I want something fairly simple, that I can wear for all occasions. White gold or yellow gold as I wear a two-tone watch (Omega Constellation Mini). I'm open to diamonds of semi-precious stones. I'm mainly looking for something I can wear to most occasions. If it helps, the next ring I plan to buy is the Cartier trinity ring - I think it's a good, classic, everyday ring. But I'm really interested in the Cartier trinity necklaces.
Sorry, I didn't realize just how broad my question was until after reading your questions!
Tiffany has a lot of great necklaces, and there are all different styles. I love all the Elsa Peretti stuff (I have a teardrop necklace in crystal that I wear often), and I also really like Frank Gehry and the Atlas collection. I would start there!
I like Tiffany, but you can get a lot more bang for your buck at Ross-Simons. I have several pendant/necklaces from there...all are pretty, classic and durable (especially good if you don't take them off).
Jaded, I think it would look good if you got the Trinity necklace to go with the ring you plan to buy, the Trinity is such a classic design I don't think you can go wrong.
