Yes, from CS just last week. I think racing green and butterscotch are the two available now.
My SA told me that the Nomad is lined with a leather, don't remember if they said it was like this unfinished kind or something else. But you should be able to clean and treat it like you would the exterior.
The long strap has 7 holes and set in the longest position it is 42.5" and that is from clip to clip.
