My answer a couple of years ago was the Speedy 25b in de. I now own the Speedy 25b in noir empreinte so this is my new 'forever' LV bag. I always loved the empreinte version but never purchased before. The Speedy 25 was my first LV before the b version came out. I always go back to this bag it seems.

From my collection I think the most practical bag I have is the reverso monogram pochette metis… but my current favourite (until my capucines gets here I suppose) is the silver and black Epi Petit Malle. So it would have to be one of the two! Probably the Pochette Metis for the usefulness though.

I would say my Graceful PM in DE. Very easy bag to carry. I don’t have to worry about the weather or grease in a restaurant. I can basically take this bag anywhere, and it’s carefree! Also very comfortable to wear on the shoulder. And the biggest plus is it’s adorable 🥰
Hard question to answer. I love so many of my bags. Some for utility purposes and some sentimental. If I could only keep one it would be my mono Galliera PM. It holds everything I need and it’s incredibly comfortable to carry. It doesn’t slide off my shoulder and it’s fairly light. The quality is also outstanding. I’ve had it since 2010 and it looks great. I absolutely love it.
Speedy B30. Great travel bag, fits a ton and surprisingly the vachetta is more resilient than expected.
Capucines! The most recognizable (to luxury bag lovers) & understated, expensive and practical, beautifully made LV bag. Its like Birkin to Hermes

My black Speedy B 22 in lambskin (supple, soft, multiple styling options, great size for me).
Either my Odeon Tote PM DE or my Speedy 25 in black leather. Both are worryfree, versitile, secured by a zipper, can be dressed to all of my clothes and are beautiful to me

It would be a hard choice between Speedy B 25 DE or Neverfull DE, but in the end I’d go with speedy simply because of the reasons You mentioned.
Speedy 25b in monogram. All year round, light, zipper closure, multiple options to wear. But I love my Iena PM and reach for that the most!
