If I said I liked saturated, cool-toned not super bright colors, which Hermes colors would you recommend for me?

I thought this might be fun to ask. I buy pre-loved bags so the answers could be colors from any season. I already have and love: Vert Bosphore (in clemence), Vert Amande (in epsom and negonda), Rouge Grenat (in clemence), Bleu Encre (in clemence), and Bleu Indigo (in clemence).
I tend to go for colors that are not super bright but that have a rich saturation. I also overwhelmingly seem to prefer cooler tones. I have had my colors done and am a winter, if that helps anyone who is familiar with the House of Colour method :). So, which Hermes colors do you think I would like and am missing?

In terms of dye, all colours saturate the leather equally, and colour-wise, we equate saturation as definite hue or clear chroma = bright because they contain no white, black, or both (grey) or opposite (complimentary - grey, or with more red/yellow brown-ish) so I don't really know what you mean "saturated" but "not bright".

Do you mean a shaded-hue (blackened hue)?

Vert Bosphore is what I would call a warm leaning blue, and for some people quite bright (it would be bright on me)
Vert Amande is a greened-grey so hard to reconcile with saturation, but I do agree in Epsom it looks cool-toned. For a grey I would go for Gris Mouette - still some say it's neutral.
Rouge Grenat I would call this a cool, saturated red, but a Rubis is a deep slightly pink-red (I have Clemence)
Bleu Encre is lovely but I just see a blackened-primary blue
Bleu Indigo just very dark primary blue

You could try Iris or if too bright, Ultraviolet for a purple

Sorry, I'm sure I'm not using the correct terminology re: dyes and whatnot. I suppose I mean colors that look rich or vivid. But not neon...or "loud". Lime, for example, screams at me. So do many Hermes pinks, like Rose shocking. They are too bright for my tastes. Vert Amande is, admittedly, a bit of an outlier in my collection because it is more muted than the others that I prefer. But I enjoy its chameleon nature.
Ultraviolet looks absolutely wonderful - thank you for the rec!
