Yes, it has. I looove the bag, but I don't love it's large size :( It looks more like a messenger bag when I wear it which I don't want. It saddens me that I have to return it to the nearest Cole Haan store, but I'm not gonna keep it if I don't absolutely love it (even if I got it on sale). Now I'm on the hunt for the smaller one online, but it would be great if the retail store had the small one on sale when I return the bag!

Brina, sorry my parents borrowed my camera for their vacation so I can't take any pics, but you should check out klb's pics.

klb I'm 5'2". Have you decided to return the bag altogether or exchange for the smaller one?

^ yes, I decided to just return it altogether. I really like the bag, but I just decided I'm not as big a fan of suede as I thought. I also recently discovered Tano bags, and I just ordered one, which I think I'll be more happy with..

I really wanted to like the Cole Haan though... I feel bad that it didn't work.
are you having any luck finding the smaller one?

I found the smaller Cole Haan on endless.com & got it 40% off with bing.com ********. It equaled out to just a little bit more than I paid for the bigger bag.

I'm sorry the Cole Haan didn't work out for you, but at least you found something else. I'll have to check out the Tano bags. Post some pictures when you get it!
