ID these distressed jeans?

I saw some similiar in the BeBe mailout they sent me, but I don't like them as much as these. Maybe its just me, but destroyed jeans have to have the perfect amount of distress, not too much and not too little and in certain spots too. I'm pretty picky with my destroyed jeans. Thats why I think these are perfect

those look like flare (maybe bootcut) jeans, not skinnies ....
