Not sure but it could be Alice & Olivia. The texture is sort of like the royal blue coat that Ashley Greene was seen in but the style is different. It also might be Milly too

It's made by Plastic Island and the website says it's sold out

I have been looking for this coat for DAYS! Hours of my life I will never get back!! Oh well.

Some enterprising, bright spark as Plastic Island should put that coat back into production and quick. They would make a killing, right?

Don't quote me but I think its a juicy coat, I have seen it before in a different color. I can't find the magazine.
