That's what I was thinking and that's why I HAVEN'T bought it yet.. actually.. to be honest in my opinion.. many of EXPRESS' items are expensive and not worth the price it's tagged

Exactly! For almost $200 I would much rather get a jacket from a more upscale designer.
I haven't shopped at Express in a few years and the prices have gone up. I'm not surprised actually- what store hasn't jacked up prices for profit?
