I've been wanting it for a while but thought I'd have wait a lot longer for it. Lucky for me, hubby found a pair of Lucchese boots he wanted and I think he felt guilty..lol.
It's also good it happened this way because I probably would have bought the yellow gold as it's my favorite, but my husband has a very strong dislike of YG. He loved the RG on me so that what he bought me. I do love the RG too, but this way he is just as happy with it.
I love it.

I love it!!!! And love how you have layered it! I remember you saying that you aren't too comfortable mixing metals but this looks incredible together and with a deep shirt like that is perfection!

Also, had you not told me it was rose gold, I would have thought it was yellow gold!

Thanks, it's actually a silver chain. I've never seen it before, even our SA didn't know they had it...another SA told her about it. It's heavier than their normal pendant chain. It's a nice chain but I don't think I'm keeping it. I don't want silver, and Tiffany's WG chain was thinner and daintier than my DBTY chain and I didn't care for how it looked together. I want to call Bluenile and see if I can get a chain that matches my DBTY.

Yes, blonde and getting blonder. I haven't colored my hair in a year and a half, and prior to that I was dying it dark brunette for a few years. I've noticed it getting lighter and lighter than it's ever been before. I really don't know what that's about. I'm a little freaked about what it's going to do in the summer sun. I might have to start toning it to dark blonde again.
Isn't it weird how sometimes we get a picture in our head of what someone is like or how they appear? Sometimes it's a name, or an avatar, or just little things they say over time.
Maybe you thought that because my daughter in my avatar is SO brunette?
I used to think Ame was a short, petite, dark conservative cloth wearing lady of Indian decent. Imagine my surprise when I met her that she is a striking fair skinned red head with AMAZING hazel blueish green eyes, and bright and bold spirit, who wears lively colors and is not exactly conservative..lol.

My DBTY is 16" and the Tiffany's chain is 18". My DBTY sort of sits evenly around my neck, if I pull the diamond down it sits closer to the key than it appears in the picture but still looks great. I think as it sits naturally there is about 1.5-2 inches between the DBTY and the key, but if both are pulled down there is 1" between them.

AME: I do NOT have a mouth!!! LOL. Ok, maybe when in reference to bad drivers, bad jewelers, stupid situations, and ignorant people...lol.

I am seriously DYING LAUGHING at the description you had in your head of me. Especially since the reality is so terrifyingly opposite. hahahah!!!! I am beefy and loud. In so many ways. Thank you for THAT compliment. I like the word striking. lol
