yes, I have an oak ysl but my arms are too big to use it as a shoulder bag

What about a Balenciaga in rouge vif? You can get the First or City styles which come with a shoulder strap. Also, the Courier, Day/Hobo styles both all shoulder bags. It's fire-engine red. Here is a pic (for colour references only. The style is not applicable to you since you're after a shoulder bag, right?).
