IMO the bag is not grey it's a beautiful, rich shade of brown. I LOVE the rose gold hardware!! It is so beautiful. I have been wanting an elevated Kristin flap for awhile now and was so excited to find her at the outlet. I have to admit that I was sad that there wasn't a coupon. I am so spoiled by the extra percent off.
