She’s worn a few different ones over all 3 seasons. Lots of Irizas in season 2.
I searched through all episodes of the 3 seasons and I made some screenshots of Hannah Waddington. The images aren't very good but you can identify almost all her shoes.
You can identify some Iriza, So Kate, and the new Hot Chicks 100. In one screenshot, you can see a non-Louboutin.

I have seen a number of louboutins in Korean and Chinese TV recently, also my demon on netflix in the first episode. I will try and get somw names later of the shows I have seen them.
