Bulova, ESQ, Swiss Army all are relable brands within that price range. If you want a good deal on a watch, try either world of watches or ewatches.com They are run by SWI in Hollywood, Fla.
Have shopped with them many times and have had no problems. Since they are a third party distributor, they service the watches. Yes, they sell authentic Movado, etc.
You know that Guess also has the Guess Collection which is Swiss Made. Also very reliable and affordable. You can't go wrong with Swiss Army either.

Toy and Michael Kors are really just fashion watches. Better to spend your money on watch that is made by a watch manufacturer.
