I need opinions. Chopard happy sport vs. Cartier ballon bleu

Hi experts,
I'm planning to buy a new watch very soon. The models I'm considering are Chopard happy sport Diamond steel with 7 floating diamonds, and Cartier ballon bleu with mother pearl, steel rose gold.

I only own some less expensive watches like gucci, michele, etc. And this will be the first expensive watch. :p

Both are so nice and I couldn't decide. What do you guys think?
Any opinions or suggestions will be really welcomed! :winkiss:

i actually have versions both of these watches. They are both gorgeous and can be worn with anything.

If you forced me to pick one I would probably pick the Ballon Bleu. I get so many compliments on it--I think because the face is domed (not flat) and it catches peoples' eyes.

That being, I don't think you could go wrong with either choice! Good luck on hour decision!

OMG - Chopard all the way!!! Nothing is more soothing, then watching these diamonds float around the dial! And if you can get the one with diamond bezel - the quality of diamonds is just exceptional (I have the smaller one with 5 floating diamonds and the diamond bezel and love it!) - Even in regular electric light they sparkle like crazy! GL!

i think it is a personal style question: I am the cartier girl, my mum more for chopard. it really depends on what you think represents you better, especially if this is going to be your 'one' expensive watch.

i like both but would for myself always buy BB
