I need ideas for a new diamond ring setting. (broke up and now i need to change it)

your nails are gorgeous, you did a nice job growing them out. i can only be so lucky, if i ever stop biting my nails.
i like the three stone idea much more than a halo. and either three stone all diamond, or diamond center with colored side stones sound great!

Thanks, i was lucky to have very hard nails so they can grow and can take more abuse. My main issue is slipping off the keys on the keyboard when they are that long! I also noticed when you have long nails you have to invest new ways of doing things lol.. you have to open things to the side and use objects to assist. OH and my obsession with alignment prevents my nails from growing some times. i spend hours trying to align it! :graucho:

I missed the auction for the 3 stone. I am opening my search to looking at vintage rings that i could maybe pop the main stone out and use mine. I am still obsessed with the colored halo. I think they are called Edwardian era/ style.

Lets see what i find in SF china town tomorrow. They have tons of options. I still love those tacori settings as well. Maybe i can find one on ebay. :yahoo:

I say go for anything you want and that makes you smile when you look at it :smile1:

I used to wear a halo/diamond combo that looked like an "e-ring" on my right hand and no one asked me if it was an E ring, they just complimented me on it.

I hope you are doing ok with the breakup *hugs*

Hi everyone! thanks again!

I am only looking at settings with equal diamond qualities as my main stone. I was able to find a tacori setting but i am concerned with the warranty/sizing etc. I made a thread for it. If not ive been messaging sellers on ebay who have mounting similar to the ruby halo from fay cullen and i found one so far. I am worried about the ruby qualities so i am inquiring about it.
