It looks really pretty, but if it were for me, I'll pass the halo around asscher or have more delicate halo around(lower than the center stone) it to bring out the clean look of asscher...that's just my personal taste.

It is a beautiful ring. I do agree with the other ladies about the halo around the center stone. If you omit the halo and upgrade to a bigger center stone, I think it would look very elegant and classic. Just don't get rid of the diamonds on the band, it gives it some character.

this is my preference as well. the extra bling around it can detract from the clean sharp lines of the asscher step cut.
