I understand, it’s happened to me before, getting lost in the excitement of getting a new item and not noticing the flaws until I’m home
Sadly, we can’t assume that every item is perfect and we have to check every detail closely before leaving the store or accepting to hotstamp.
Sorry OP, I understand your frustration, the stamp is a little crooked but it’s not too bad, and the stitching is also not the worst we’ve seen.
You could *try* going back to LV and ask them to exchange, but be prepared that they may say no.
It’s still a beautiful wallet and I hope you can enjoy it. Good luck!
I am wondering that is there any made in use sag men? I have seen many people who have made in France product. I also had made in France logo at the first product before exchange and after exchange I found out that there is no made in france letter. I am first LV purchaser and didn't care about details.

As others have stated, you accepted the product as is and had it hot stamped with your initials, implying that you're willing to keep it. Even though it's a designer product, defects do happen, and you should always inspect for defects just to be sure. I'd say there's probably not much you can do at this point.

are you questioning authenticity...? If you purchased it from a boutique the wallet is authentic.

Hi, I'm not sure I understand your question.... It seems like your first wallet was Made in France, and your second wallet was made in USA. They don't stamp "Made in USA" items anymore, they used to a few years back, but now they only say "Paris" ... all this is normal, a lot of canvas products sold in the US are made here in the US, including bags and wallets for men and women. I hope this answers your question, if not ask again :)

What did you decide to do? are you using your wallet yet?

I think you should just use the wallet. After a while you will kinda accept and forget about the imperfections. It will eventually be less of a significant issue than you see it now. My Rosalie wallet was made slightly crooked on the flap. I put coins and cards used it as intended. Weirdly I no longer see the crookedness when the the purse has stuff in it. I love her to bits. Try it, put cards and stuff bulk it out a bit. You might find its not that bad after all.

Hi. I just bought the wallet at Louis Vuitton two days ago. I just replaced one because there was defect of glazing. And I got one again but just found out that Louis Vuitton letter is not even straight and there is no "made in France" letter also. I can't believe this. They gave me a product which was in the display case? The wallet in the display case has no "made in France" logo? or is it for sure defect? I believe that this is defective product cause the "Louis Vuitton" letter is not straight. I want to hear your opinions about this. Can I get replacement? I am very disappointed.. actually
I had the similar experience. I purchased a LV Sarah wallet online from LV store with hot stamp initials 2 days ago and LV trade mark logo is not clear at all. I was in shock. I emailed customer support and they said the wallet is acceptable LV quality so no refund or exchange
Very disappointing since when LV lowers it’s standards
There are laws Under consumer guarantee protect consumers
I think LV should issue exchange they charge premium price and should provide premium quality too
On their website there is no information to warn or inform customer that logo stamps could be crooked or missing or not clear
Also where do they draw the line logo crooked 5 degree is acceptable and what logo crooked 30degree, what about logo upside down would that be acceptable? Also it’s not fair for customers pay exactly same price one person got perfect product and the other got imperfect product
You should exercise your rights
