Ugh! Looking at the pic again, the only things that are the same are the tiny heart and that gold flower with the dark pearly thing in the middle.

I hope they help you out with this one, this is definitely false advertising. Geesh, try something like that as an ebay seller and you will lose; companies like Bloomie's shouldn't be able to get away with it either.

Just an update.. I had to call this morning because I only kept getting stupid form letter responses from their online help. The woman described the online picture and then asked me to describe what I got.. she said she was so sorry that they weren't the same and that Juicy must have provided Bloomie's web folks with the wrong photo. So the bangles don't exist.. I'm sending back the other ones and they'll refund the $ but I'm so disappointed I won't be able to get the petal drop ones. They looked so pretty!

That's not nice shame on the retailer!

It happened to me ordered some diamond earrings online and what I received was totally different from the photo.

I don't order jewels online anymore such a disappointment.

i hate when that happens! so sorry! it amazes me that retailers don't check that the pic matches the item....especially when they are perfectly capable of taking their own professional pics!

Wow what a difference. I'd be much more inclined to pay for the bracelet you thought you ordered. The enamel is so much prettier.
