Hi, no I didnt return it as it came with parcel service from a private seller from another federal state.
Then maybe the bag would have been gone together with the money…

Instead I sent it to an authentification institute. At the moment they keep and store it until we know how it turns out with Paypal.

Whenever I write the seller, he/she wont answer. Not even sure if the account and Email address still is valid….

I'm sure PayPal will make it right. I've dealt with them in the past for refunds, etc. and it always worked out in my favor. They seem to be very fair. Good luck!

Oh wow what a roller coaster! I'm sorry you had to go through this but very smart you paid with PayPal. I'm happy you got your money back and hopefully you will find a new and perfect one in store :hbeat:

I ordered now only directly from LV, as I wont come to a store in the neartime. But I‘m at home this week and can stalk DHL :graucho:
Ordered different colors to choose again (still not sure about the cognac or better the tourterelle) and will let you know here what I decided. Hope they are flawless and have deep embossing :smile:

This is beyond heartbreaking I'm so sorry this happened to you! I recently got a NFC reader so I can check the NFC Code on the bags I buy secondhand as well. I can tell on older models pretty well but the whole NFC thing was new to me as well. It's so important to protect yourself. Very happy you got your money back! <3

Sorry to hear that. Hope this gets resolved fast and that you get your money back. Was duped too before. The bag was Hermes. Bought it from a popular store and it was also authenticated by a popular and well-loved authenticator (that I will not name as I don't like to be bashed by the authenticator's supporters and fans). From then on, I learned my lesson well.

My orders from LV arrived and I finally decided for the cognac and against the tourterelle. Brown colors just have my heart :heart:
I returned the first cognac I had ordered at beginning of september as I was so shocked about my fake tourterelle. I was like „better get this fake **** solved and get my money back than buying another new bag“…. But now I „recovered“ from the drama, lol, and I am so happy to hold my one and only true PM in my hands now :loveeyes:
